Well said. The trader skills are tested under the worst circumstances, if you are doing well in your trading there's nothing to be afraid.
There is no such a thing as a "YOU" but because they don't know this, they latch onto their own world view, their own belief system of this and that. Nothing but their own/other fabrications which they pick up.....hence the market cannot defeat you but your own fabrications/beliefs which means transfer of money from "you" to "them". Small rock and large rock.....most people are the small rocks that gets pushed around so you want to be the large rock that can't be moved.
There is not any fight between us and market. We have to go as market works we can not go much against it .Do what market wants from you not do what you want . it is emotional state when we go to our wishes. Doing trading against trend can be dangerous then how can we say market can not defeat us.
