Cost of real-time feed per provider per exchange.

Hello Everyone,
I am trying to understand cost of real-time data. For example, I would like to access VIX futures feed through CTS T4 API. I need to pay $25 for CTS T4 API, but I will probably need to pay something for accessing particular exchange, in this case CBOE. I found the following link (http://www.ctsfutures.com/t4_version.aspx) on CTS T4 website, but I cannot find CBOE on it and numbers are too high.
Similarly, what does Tradier.com charges for accessing real-time data for particular exchange via API? I mean the cost beyond opening brokage account and paying some regular brokerage fees.

CBOE is 15 per month. Check with CTSm but i believe that is what I paid when I enabled it.
