No. Go for a walk. Listen to Mozart. Don't waste your money on grotesquely overpriced "e-learning" resources like MeditationSHIT.

Yes, I do it every day twice a day. It has done wonders for my stress and anxiety, and has helped me be more in tune with how my mind causes my emotional states, and how to deal with those better. Highly recommended.

Like breaking through "the wall" in running, you have to persist.

Once you get clarity of mind and watch yourself thinking (check out The Psychology Of Trading by Steenbarger for the 3rd person, "observer" part) then it'll be almost impossible to give it up (the clarity and, therefore the meditation).

Meditation is now a priority to me, second only to breathing and eating.

Thanks for the question, Mr Newto.
I am not sure why anyone would pay $29 for that ''course''I think the reason why some close their mind to error is because they don't like error.

Of course eastern meditation[which may or may not be ]what that link sells is much like a cobra in the grass, so far so good some say..... Of course some meditation which involves thinking , thinking, thinking on same subject , + like cow chewing a cud, about a subject can be helpful. You may also send me a contribution $29 for that advice;LOL

I've been trying to meditate, 10 mins a day twice a day, for a few weeks now and I'm just amazed how difficult it is, when you'd think it would be so simple. (I don't repeat any phrase or "mantra", I just concentrate on my breathing, which I've read is a legitimate form of meditation.) I can't keep my mind from wandering - thinking, thinking, thinking. It's ridiculous. It's become a challenge now, I'm determined. I mean, cripes, is my concentration actually that bad that I can't focus my mind on my breathing for 10 short minutes? It's weird. But I think the very fact that it's that difficult shows how much junk is in our minds (or my mind, anyway), how much clutter and crap.

As I say, it's become a challenge now, I am going to frigging do this.

The thoughts that come to your while meditating is part of the meditation, do not banish it, if you pay no mind to it, it will vanish, just come back to your breathing whenever you can. Remain light like a leaf falling and floating in the forest, become one with your breathing, don't fight anything, just let it all go.

The fact that you are AWARE of the thoughts means it's working!!! When you say "I can't keep my mind from wandering", you are aware that your mind has actually wondered :). The goal isn't to control anything, it's to observe then gently bring your focus back to the breathing, word etc. The repetitive "failure" to keep your mind on the breath, is building the awareness muscle so that, in everyday life, you'll soon catch yourself thinking things and observing those thoughts rather than BECOMING the thought.

The power that comes from being able to interrupt the oftentimes spontaneous association between who we are and what we think has to be felt to be believed!

  9. A thread about meditation. That´s what our thread in here, Market psychology - The secrets are about.

It´s difficult to open up the higher chakras. Use Cannabis (An entheogen) to speed it up.
You can perhaps feel a warmer feeling in your chest when you smoke? Listen to your heart and you will learn alot more than the rest and therefore take their money.

"The Heart Chakra activation is by far the greatest of all the Earth initiations. This is the spiritual transition from the 3-4D world into the 5th Dimension. It is the beginning step into ascended mastery, which, when taken and anchored, makes the individual a beginner ascended master."

Cannabis can help me ALOT with that. Don´t smoke now though because then i have to drink at the same time or otherwise i get anxiety.
