Totally agree. For those looking for the actual fine details for Forex.com, you can go to the NFA website. You can also go here for an overview of the regulated brokers with an emphasis on fines from the regulators. Some are much worse for fines than others. It's only good for US brokers though, not sure if there is an equivalent for non-US brokers.
