I don't give recommendations of specific chat rooms because these free chat rooms are so easily visited and you know exactly what you want. Therefore, just go hang out on the IRC servers and visit a few chat rooms per week...ask questions in the chat rooms the names of others that may be suitable for whatever it is you're looking for. Just remember that whatever you're visiting...type the IRC command line /list that will automatically list all the public chat rooms on that particular server. Yet, I do recommend you start with the Othernet server and the Financialchat server although there are many other servers. Oh yeah...lots of free IRC software out there too...just Google it because its really that easy.
