i have Portfolio margin in Interactive brokers
and I can hypothetically sell 1 naked PUT for

180 strike this dec month for 1250
    190 Strike 1500
    200 strike 1700

    so as per them.
lets say 180 strike. 1 put is 18000. 20% of curr value. it is 3600 $.-(2000 or 1800) ie. 1600.

    is my calculation correct?

They clear Apex. House rules for APEX PM accounts shock an equity portfolio 25%, loss much be less than your assets. Index options 25% no more than 2X your assets and 50% no more than 4X your assets. I can't tell you if IB is better than Apex, because IB does not tell you their house rules.
