What is the most important thing for you, when looking to join a prop firm?

When you are looking to join and be part of a proprietary trading firm. What do you think is the most important thing?
What do you most like to see, and why is that?
    Thanks in advance!

  2. A strong interview process, corporate culture, and somewhat the pay. A strong interview process weeds out the weak, and it really shows the dedication that prop trading firms have to hire top talent. If you are one of the lucky ones to get hired, you would know you are the best of the best. A relaxed culture where you work hard play hard is a great environment to work in! And thirdly, you actually get paid to trade the firm's capital, instead of the shady scams where you get low/zero pay to trade your own capital, while being charged a lot of fees. Those aren't actually prop firms; they are trading arcades. The firm doesn't care about you, only your expenses.
