Its amazing how many of these nitwits in the liberal media will take things being said by obama at face value. Like what kind of moron really believes a travel ban from countries with ebola will actually make it worse for us.

I suppose Odumbo would think imposing a travel ban would be racist ....

Of course he does. And some of his sheep on MSNBC have already said as much.

I'll go a bit off topic .. but still reading Jason Riley's book ... and since racism is an issue in many threads here ...

In 1980 blacks were 1/8 of the US population but arrested for 50% of murders, rapes & robberies per the FBI

Between 1976 and 2005 blacks committed more than half of all murders in the US

Blacks committed 66% of all violent crimes in first half of 2009 and 80% of all shootings in that time

In 2009 blacks and Hispanics committed 98% of all shootings with blacks committing 70% of robberies.

Then he wonders ... might this explain why blacks represent 13% of the population but 1/2 of prison inmates.

Black boys without a father are 68% more likely to be incarcerated than those with a father.

And he rails on groups like the NAACP who refuse to acknowledge FACTS .. instead they want to "keep whitey on his toes" by making all their accusations and threats.

  7. All the sunday morning talks shows were clearly under orders to feature the administration's spin that a travel ban would be a terrible idea. They put on drones who kept saying what a great job CDC was doing, etc. No dissenting voices allowed, except for the head of the nurses' union who made some good points, but then veered off into a typical union attack on capitalism.

Crowley must have thought she could bully Ted Cruz like she did Romney at the infamous debate. Uhhh, wrong, he has a pair plus he's smarter than anyone their side has.

I am not a big Cruz fan, however he did an excellent job in this video clip.

The sunday shows used to be the ones worth watching now they are just used as propoganda arms for politicians like the rest of cable news, where they can say their manufactured lines, and spin things with little to no challenge, and no one ever gives an actual answer to any questions. The only one who is worth while once in a while is Chris Wallace.

  10. Obama Meets With Ebola Survivor Nina Pham At White House

President Barack Obama met with Dallas nurse Nina Pham on Friday afternoon in the Oval Office, the White House announced.

The National Institutes of Health announced Friday morning that Pham no longer tested positive for Ebola. Officials were making plans to discharge her from the Bethesda, Maryland, facility where she had been receiving care for the past week. Pham contracted the deadly virus while caring for Thomas Eric Duncan, a Liberian who became the first Ebola patient diagnosed within the U.S., at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas.

"I feel fortunate and blessed to be standing here today," Pham told reporters on Friday. "I know that it may be awhile before I have my strength back so with gratitude and respect ... I ask for my privacy and my family's privacy."
