TWTR - Earnings this Monday October 27. Buy OTM Oct31 calls on Monday October 27.

    • TWTR at $49.95
    • Price target after earnings $60.00.
    • My plan is to buy OTM calls that are about $5.00 OTM.
    • Risk $100.00 or less.

Stay tuned. On Monday October 27 I will update when/if I enter a trade. FB reports on Tuesday October 28.

  2. What does FB have to do with TWTR?

Start trading in a real account so we can all benefit from your incompetence.

Why does it matter, risk is $100 that shows your good conviction in the trade.

    UPDATE

    • TWTR at $48.65
    • Earnings October 27 (today after market close)
    • Bought 1 contract TWTR Oct31 56.00 Call at 0.96
    • TWTR price target after earnings $60.00+

    • FB at $80.30
    • Earnings October 28 (tomorrow after market close)
    • Bought 1 contract FB Oct31 85.00 Call at $0.95
    • FB price target after earnings $90.00+

The TWTR trade is one of my more aggressive option trades at 16% OTM and a price target of plus 24%, my plan is to close the TWTR position on Tuesday October 28. I have also entered a FB earnings trade, my plan is to close the FB position on Wednesday October 29.

I'm still Very Bullish on the Nasdaq / QQQ and since Facebook and Twitter are the #1 and #2 most popular social networking sites they could be the catalyst to push the markets higher.

  9. You're bullish on QQQ so you think it will drag FB & TWTR higher?

Why not form an opinion on FB & TWTR and let that drive your thoughts on QQQ?

I was going to follow you on both of these, but those options are expensive... especially TWTR.
