  3. I don't understand why the local phone carrier would pay these bills. They must get a cut. Surely they are not legally obligated to pay fraudulent charges.
     
  4. I took our lawmakers thirty years to start dealing with identity theft... meanwhile the eurozone never had that problem.. I wouldn't look to government to fix this anytime at all. Block call forwarding, block the prefixes...

    That had to be in NY! Has NY written all over it.
    And damn! Just 30 calls/day, and he could pull down $7,500/week, no tax. Of course, a few weeks of that, and can imagine he'd be beaten badly, lol.
