Does the idea of reincarnation affect interest rates?

Stupid question: is the King of Thailand a reincarnated being?

 

Just a shame many people do not believe in re-incarnation.
Thailand : at least 80% of adult women have tapped into prostitution.
I wonder what their King things of that. May be himself have done some?
