Singapore based trader using OEC

do you guys have problem with slow order execution this week during the morning session (afternoon session is back to normal though)?

I noticed during the fast market on Wednesday 10/1 on the open the chart was lagging the DOM pretty significantly. I don't auto-trade from the chart but it was behind.

 

thx for the reply, actually its ISP problem, managed to solve the problem by getting myself a VPN.
