IB down right now

Monday morning in Asia. No market data for more than an hour right now

customer service down

my internet is fine

I'm not an IB lover, but this can happen with any broker.

 

working now. more than 2 hrs w/out market data.. extremely unusual.. i'm used to flawless stability with IB
hence my surprise and frustration.

 

Again today, IB data has been down for at least 30mins...Asian session..
.

 

half an hour later... still no data.. I think they're pretty relax during the Asian session.. Sunday night in the US..
