you have a FIDUCIARY duty to your in-laws and family members. These posts likely violate your fiduciary, and possibly ethical, duty to the "fund". If my "manager" was doing these posts instead of trying to make me money, I would definitely sue. Posting on ET during market hours, or not, is clear negligence in your duty to study the markets and make them money. I'm sure they will be proud to read these as they demand their money given to a real professional. So you said you DID post the account number???!!! Good luck backtracking from that. Exhibit A1
