I just set up an account and the process went smoothly and was open quickly. The couple of times that I've called in the people have been helpful. So far so good, I have no complaints. The only 'complaint' I would have is that it looked like they charged me $10 for the wire-in fee but it says that's free on the site. No big deal, hardly worth worrying about, but for accounting reasons I wasn't sure what to call that, so I chalked it up to "fees".
^^ Just following up on this post. It turns out that the fee was taken by some bank other than Ninja or Dorman. Someone from Ninjatrader saw my post, looked into the issue for me, and got back to me with a reply. The service and everything has been great so far, I have no complaints at all!
I am not sure what NT means by life time license if you are going to start limiting customers from signing up with brokers after a certain day. I have a multi broker lifetime license and am assuming that if I want to sign up with a broker still supported via NT, I will be able to setup connection instead of being told that I am a new customer to the broker and hence can't connect.
rknas, As a lifetime license holder, you have access to any brokerage that was supported by NinjaTrader at the time of your purchase. In other words, there has not been NOR will there be any limitations placed upon you.
Yes, this is available. You would need contact brokeragesales@ninjatrader.com for additional information and costs.
For those that have inquired directly, NinjaTrader Brokerage will be offering LIFFE/ICE UK soon. Dorman Trading is working on providing clearing services for these exchanges to broaden the scope of markets available to NinjaTrader Brokerage clients.
Only the clearing firm can setup bank accounts where clients deposit money, so this is a question for Ninja's clearing firm which is Dorman. Ninja is a GIB to Dorman.
