I love the simplicity and speed of the AT platform, but the main selling point was their personalized support. For example, I can reach my broker on Yahoo IM throughout the day. Talk to Anthony Giacomin. |

Decided to give them a try based on a suggestion from another trader. Fee's were decent so I thought I'd give it a whirl.
Big mistake. Poor software, about as bare bones as it comes and still doesn't initiate a trade when you hit the button half the time. Trading the /es there should be no slip, nor delay in execution...and there often is.
Will leave them shortly after I take a chunk of their change, regardless of the afternoon shenanigans. If you are with them, trade only during the morning. A bucketshop par excellence. |

I have had only one problem with AT which Transact developer walked me through and fixed problem with a new download of the platform and feed connection. You can now load simulator or live at the log on. If you trade more than 300 cars a month you might be better off going direct with Transact. Infinity also offer other platforms, trade navigator, NT and others, you get a choice. |

I joined Infinity a year or so ago at the direction of Traderthemarkets and John Carter. Once at Infinity I was treated like garbage by my broker. They are the rudest group of people I have ever met. They sound like a bunch of hung over college kids with attitudes. I expect very little from my broker and Infinity can not live up to my low standards. On top of poor attitudes the platform sucks. |

I wasn't going to leave a post but after having the exact same problems as the last two reviews I felt I had to. My platform went down on multiple occasions and my broker told me to speak to my ISP provider. Everything worked except the platform so I guess it was not my ISP. My broker is nice enough and very professional. I really don't have a problem with him I just want a straight answer. The platform is decent when it works and the commissions are dirt cheap at $3.80 a round turn ALL IN. Infinity's margins are also very low so for guys with not a lot of money that want really low commissions they are a pretty good choice. Unfortunately I had to not recommend them because of their lack of honesty and reliability. I am pretty disappointed. |
