I thought about starting an account with them two years ago. Glad I didn't after a demo. Trade Navigator was clunky and looked like a decade out of date. Bestdirect looked incomplete although the speed seem fine. The lady who emailed me was helpful and didn't push me. So I'm sure there were some good employees there who worked their jobs but were also dupes. I remember seeing the slick video commercial with good media graphics and Wasendorf. And I saw the building was big in google maps and it was isolated in its own yard. It looked like a big Countrywide/BOA complex. Well, now we all know why and how appearance-wise PFGbest looked so big, shiny and sleek.

I opened an account but did not complete, so cant say i used them. very very mad at these idiots stealing customer money! WHY are they not in jail!? THIEVES! cheers
