I used their brokerage service in early 2000. At that time, this platform was innovative but currently this product has not caught up with the times. Execution was fast but had a lot of partial fills. Commissions are just too expensive now. There are just way better direct access platforms out there. I was also shocked to receive the same letter as the previous poster mentioned.

No service, main office located on Fulton street. They just sent me a letter in the mail letting me know some one had accessed their information systems & my personal information was compromised.
