Regarding my previous post, Matt has since reached out to me after reading my complaint on this site. He acknowledge that he may have had technical issues with one of his sites and offered to help and answer any questions I may have had. As said earlier, I didn't open an account so I can't rate anything else.
Today was just a reminder why I chose them. Every time I have an issue they present solutions that are specific in nature. The bottom line is that they listened, and the tech support was professional. It's refreshing to work with someone like that. Good technology and true care for customers.
