DDT is by far the best broker I have used in my trading career. They have the most popular trading platforms to choose from and the commissions are some of the lowest you will find. Howard offers great customer service and I've never waited more than 15 minutes for a response from him when emailing even the smallest of requests. He makes absolutely sure his clients are well looked after. The support at Crossland is also excellent with a very efficient trade desk operation and great customer service.
I use the CTS T4 platform trading intraday throughout the Euro and US sessions. The reliability of the platform and the executions have been 100%.
I highly recommend DDT to anyone looking for a competitively priced, reliable and customer service oriented broker. |

Been a satisfied customer since January. Very good support, Howard answers your emails within minutes, issues are quickly resolved. No technical issues so far. The website looks a bit amateurish but don't let that put you off. |

Take note that every single client that rates them, and/or their clearing firm Crossland, gives them high marks across the board. It says a lot when every client is happy with the service, the rates, the speed etc.
And what it says is that this is a well run, straightforward firm that treats retail traders as if they were trading large. They do everything but mow your lawn!! |

I've been trading with DDT for about 4 months now, I came to know about them after some here on ET had a dig at the website style, so out of curiosity I went to take a look for myself, and what I found was a no BS website, everything straight up and fully disclosed, just the way I like it, none of this 'tell us how many R/T's you'll do and we'll cut you a deal' stuff you find on other sites.
I had some questions which I fired off to DDT on a Saturday, before the day was out, Howard had come back and answered all of them comprehensively, I certainly wasn't expecting to get an answer over the weekend.
That was enough to convince me and I moved a long standing account over to them and everything has gone without a hitch and to boot I've seen a dramatic drop in my overall commission costs. Definately worth a look. |
