Forex.com is just about the worst FX broker I have used. I am using ninjatrader with them and the spreads are outrageous. I withdraw money every week and I submit my withdrawal request on a wed. morning and it does not even get processed until the following monday afternoon which means the funds do not hit my bank account until mid-day tuesday. This is absolutely ridiculous. They state on their website that it takes 1-2 business days to process a withdrawal request. There have also been a few times where my limit orders have not been filled eventhough the price traded through my limit order on several other brokers price feeds. I understand that there can be a variance between brokers, but the excuse they gave me each time was that the price happened to miss my limit order by 1 fraction of a pip. I am switching brokers as of immediately. I would not recommend this bucketshop to anyone. |

After just reading what the other guy wrote about "cheating" you. I noticed that happened to me too. I remember i bought a currency pair at one price (it was a 1 lot mini) and i got a certain price. When i checked it a few minutes later, it seems to "change" It said my cost average was different that what it said before, which i dont know why it would say my cost average because its the smallest amount you can trade. Also, the charts get "stuck" For instance, you can switch to look at a 5 minute chart and it will show a huge spike, but in reality the spike happened over 30 minutes or longer so it really wasnt a spike. It really messes you up when looking at moving averages because it makes it look like its really breaking out hard when it really isnt. The good thing about this company is that its pretty easy to get someone online, but the platform just sucks. Oh also when you click the orders to sell right away, it will say "rate changed" and not excute your order. Then if it happens a few times you have to go the long way of typing in your order of what to sell at and hope that the price isnt dropping like mad and you get your order executed. |
