I clear through Advanatage with CQG Integrated Client. The few times I have had to contact support at Advantage, the phone has been answered on the first ring, with the issue being resolved promptly and professionally.
Not a lot of bells and whistles, just good service at very competitive rates. |

A good broker,maybe the best Futures broker; the only downside - there is not an UNIVERSAL ACCOUNT as Interactive Brokers is offering. |

I used Advantage for a while last year for daytrading before switching to IB. I wanted the benefits of IB's Universal account. My experience with Advantage was very good. They're a pro firm and support is great, as long as you don't expect the desk to be gushy friendly. They are there to help you as fast as possible and move on to the next task, but I never waited more than a few rings for someone to pick up the phone. I used the CQG platform and it hooked up with their execution system flawlessly. I'm sure you can negotiate a decent commission if you do high volume; even with my small volume I got a very good deal.
The only question you need to ask is whether your preferred platform is supported.
I wish they had a Universal account - my account is still open and I would be back there in a heartbeat. |
