Call their Trading Floor, Everyone sounds like they are from overseas, Quote you, miss quote you, Make up Quotes out of thin Air.
They will force Margin Calls, Stop Levels, They Target them, and Since they are a "Market Maker" They can do what they want, Concerning Price = meaning, they will stop you out at a loss everytime. Go with a Large Bank, or ECN
