In these years I had times of inactivity, where I kept my account without funding, them funding again, and again in/out: always money in-money out requests went every time smoothly and immediately.

I can only say that customer care became only better: everytime I called, mostly by chat, my questions where immediately switched to the same broker is always following me, Patrizia Sowinski. She always solved every small issue, at any time, even by calling back me immediately by phone, in my language, if that was needed or preferable. I really cannot imagine what to ask more.
