I traded with them for a couple of years ending this past Dec.
Redi platform was easy breezy and fills were quicker for me than same orders on IB.
They had a fairly large group of successful traders with years of experience in a slew of strategies that could serve as your mentor, if you were in need, at a very reasonable price (i.e. the mentors were definitely NOT doing it for the relatively tiny amount of money). I was into pairs as it goes with my personality so I had a righteous mentor that doubled as a wiz with redi linked excel pairtrading spreads to make it much easier on many levels.
Management was always willing to go the extra mile to answer any and all of my countless questions, great guy.
Going into last Winter, the remote trader community was getting stronger with weekly meetings in addition to the daily 15 minutes pre-open "prep rally." If you have a mentor, subscribe to the pairco chat or are part of a trading team, there is a good intraday network for bouncing ideas or calling trade opportunities via IM, skype, etc.
Commissions were a bit higher than the competition but has since come down to more reasonable numbers. They've been around for longer than most props so I was not the least bit worried about my capital contribution and draws were sent out within a day or two.
All considered, I would recommend Bright, especially if you are swing trading a hedged portfolio but supposedly, can give competitive rates to the scalper trading a million shares per day. |

highly honest and refreshing, however, you still need to know about trading and research, long before you go there.
excellent opportunity if it clicks for you |

As a remote trader unfamiliar with NYSE trading, I was introduced to a gamut of strategies through daily interaction with more experienced traders in our team (virtual) meeting room. The software (REDI and Zoe pair trading) is top notch, management is responsive, with ongoing education and support services a clear priority. The initial commissions, however, are high.

I traded with them for two years as a remote. They really don't care how you are trading as long as you are churning and generating commissions for them. Sure, it's great to have the funds to trade with, but they make certain one nickel of their money isn't put at risk. |

Redi plus is a proven platform and Brights have been in business for many years. They have excellent training ( not free), coaching and processes which is all you can ask for. A little expensive but other factors more than make up for the cost. |
