As a remote trader unfamiliar with NYSE trading, I was introduced to a gamut of strategies through daily interaction with more experienced traders in our team (virtual) meeting room. The software (REDI and Zoe pair trading) is top notch, management is responsive, with ongoing education and support services a clear priority. The initial commissions, however, are high.

I traded with them for two years as a remote. They really don't care how you are trading as long as you are churning and generating commissions for them. Sure, it's great to have the funds to trade with, but they make certain one nickel of their money isn't put at risk. |

Redi plus is a proven platform and Brights have been in business for many years. They have excellent training ( not free), coaching and processes which is all you can ask for. A little expensive but other factors more than make up for the cost. |

The use of their Capital was the main reason i joined. I thought the 3 day training class was great as i learned quite a bit of stuff i didnt know before. Everyone at Bright Trading is very helpful when i need help with something. I gave an average rating for commission and fees because even though that penny a share hurts at first I had to take into consideration that you are capped at 25 dollars so once you are trading large lots the commission doesnt hurt you as bad. But like i said, use of their capital is great. I love being able to punch in a basket of 15 stocks @ 1000 shares each of opening orders in the morning and not have to worry if im over my margin. Try putting a million dollars worth of orders in in the morning at another firm with a 25k account...Cant be done. |
