Platform & quotes very reliable. Price improvement on 25% of trades w/ MBTX. They recently implemented a feature where users will drive future enhancements & development of the system. MAT feature allows me to trade multiple accounts - my trading account, my IRA and a friend's account. |

The round-turn fees were simply too much, and during fast markets the executions were shotty at best. so they failed at two of the most important things for traders. i did get nice emails from them, but phone conversations became challenging.
i would not waste your time with this firm. |

I have used them for 7 years. Excellent for daytrading futures. Great support. Thank you Gus. Never had any problems that were not resolved within minutes. Highly recommended. Best feature, no shitty attitude like IE customer service. Those people need a good beating. |

Utilized them for 5 years for UTMA accounts. Minimal need to day trade consequently no complaints about the archaic multiple step platform found in MB Navigator. I have 4 accts with IB therefore familiar with a good platform that has at least kept pace with this century. Unfortunately MB customer support, new accts, etc.. is lacking. To actually consider the front office as beginners is giving them too much credit. Be aware that during tax time you will also receive 3 revised 1098 for the same account so don't count on doing taxes till early April. The last fiasco was simply trying to change a UTMA to a brokerage acct. and after 3 weeks, I have just given up. |

The last poster claims MB Trading is okay. No, they're *not!* Unless it's okay to risk *thousands* of dollars whenever MB Trading have quote and account availability problems. And, as to the phone/online support, the last poster claims they're good. No, they're *not!* The wait is long, the service is weak/ineffective. Unless you want to deal with beginners who are not much help. Don't forget data fees and rollover fees (in futures trading), and large commissions in addition to wide spreads (in Forex trading), and you might fing MB Trading is a good broker only for customers with demo accounts who risk nothing and have nothing to lose. |
