Truely no one at this firm really cares about answering your quesitons. Email response take at least a day (that's if you get out at all :) - and they always have an excuse.

Depends on the office, but ASSENT is the worse firm I have seen in my entire life. JUST AWFUL!! |

Only downside that I see is that some offices can be very political. On the plus sign they are running a very clean compliance operation. However,make sure you read everything you sign. Rates can be very competitive and I feel they have excellent technology. (New name is Assent) |

I don't currently work at Andover (now Assent), but have in the past. Overall, the Hammer system kicks butt...whenever it is working. During my 1 year there, we suffered numerous outages, costing traders a lot in losses (by the way, the firm takes no liability in sharing any losses due to system failure).
The inconsistent system reliability made my group and I look elsewhere to trade. However, their commission rates were quite competitive. |
