I read the book,exchanged emails with author to get his permission to post(and explain rules behind trades) several trades using the book rules at www.forex-tsd.com the thread name is "Don`t Read this book,make Money with it"...I think it is self explanatory...After 50+ trades the account was up 48% in 3 months...you can go there and check,the account was created for this purpose,and I posted an investor`s password.
I mainly use cycles and opening range break-outs in my trading..this book added the finishing touch to those strategies...I consistently employ the 2B,MSH/MSL and Dragon Patterns...from time to time I use the Adam and Eve pattern and a few of the other patterns...I have found that the clear rules given by Suri are the best to use in combination with my other approaches...only caveat,I might be mistaken,but I have seen that newbies Don`t understand it as well as experienced traders.

If you are familiar with TA you'll love this book. It's not a book to learn the basics of chart trading, but a great book to add to an existing arsenal. A ton of new chart patterns I've never seen before. Well done Suri. |

I finally have taken the time to write a review on a trading book. It took me years. WHY? Because not one book that I read gave me actual practical setups to trade in the market. I have read over 30 trading books and collected many statistics, and the problem was in practice. Stats alone do not help people trade profitably. In fact, my trading ability after reading these books did more to confuse the foundation I was looking for. For me, a solid foundation is built on confirmed setups that would allow me to profit in any time frame. Suri's book finally gets right to the point. The entry. The exit. The actual value of the setup. This books contains 50++ setups to trade. Learn just a few of the entries and exits from the book and you have the foundation to trade like a pro. I am one of the lucky ones. My mentor and close friend (anonymous) was awarded as one of the top traders in the county in many magazines and publications. But what has his learning taught me? You must learn a setup and master it. That is the holy grail of great trading. This book clearly gives you the setups you need to trade. |

through the years I've read many books on chart patterns..starting all the way back to Edwards and Magee. I found this book to be the most concise, comprehensive and directly applicable. Although I only trade a few of these patterns now a days, this book seriously will make me take a new look at some patterns I had discarded years ago. Thanks Suri for a great reference book. |
